Introduction to Bioinformatics, chemoinformatics. ADME databases, chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical databases.

UNIT-V 07 Hours

Molecular Modeling: Introduction to molecular mechanics and quantum

mechanics.Energy Minimization methods and Conformational Analysis,

global conformational minima determination.
